1) Measurement of Winding Resistance
Measurements are carried out to verify the integrity of transformer windings and terminal connections. The obtained measurement results serve as a reference for the tests to be performed in subsequent stages.
2) Verification of Voltage Transformation Ratio and Phase Displacement
The ratio of the rated voltages between the two windings of a transformer is referred to as the transformation ratio. The purpose of this measurement is to verify the accuracy of the voltage ratios specified on the transformer nameplate.
3) Measurement of Short-Circuit Impedance and Load Loss
Short-circuit losses and short-circuit voltage are directly related to the operational performance of the transformer. These values are parameters guaranteed to the customer and documented in test reports, and they are of great importance in terms of operational efficiency and economy.
4) Measurement of No-Load Loss and Current
These losses occur as long as the transformer remains in operation. Therefore, no-load losses are of great importance in terms of operational economy. No-load losses are also data used in the temperature rise test.
5) Applied Voltage Test
This test involves checking the insulation strength of the transformer windings against the grounded core, other windings, mechanical components, and the tank by applying the specified test voltage.
6) Induced Voltage Withstand Test
The induced voltage test is performed to verify the insulation characteristics of transformer windings. This test involves applying overvoltage to the windings in order to determine the withstand capability of the insulation between the windings under high-voltage conditions.
7) Inspection of Core and Tank Insulation
The resistance of the core (or windings) to ground is measured. The purpose is to determine the integrity of the insulation and to detect any leakage.

8) Measurement of Insulation Resistance
This test is carried out to determine the insulation resistance of a winding against ground or other windings.
9) Pressure Leakage Test
In the leakage test, the amount of transformer oil leaking from the tank walls is determined. Based on the measurement results obtained, an assessment is made as to whether the product is acceptable or unacceptable.
10) Measurement of Coating (Paint) Thickness
Boya kalınlığı ölçümü, transformatör kazan yüzeyinde uygulanan boya tabakasının kalınlığının belirlenmesi ve bu değerin teknik şartnamelerde belirtilen kriterlere uygunluğunun değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılan bir deneydir.
